After nearly eight years since their euphoric debut long player; 'Panorama', stratospheric goals have been achieved in the worlds of Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix commonly known as Pan-Pot. Relationships bloomed and wilted, adventures were embraced, a label was conceived, a baby was born. All this whilst cultivatin gone of the heaviest and most consistent tour schedules of any present-day artist. By no means was it due to lack of time or ideas that resulted in the distance between studio albums, but rather a carefully calculated unfolding of moments to conceive and construct their brand new, highly anticipated second studio album; 'The Other'. Through all this Pan-Pot have created a body of work perfectly displaying their growth as not only artists and individuals, but as a cohesive unit forged into one single, astute mind.

Over the span of fourteen tracks the duo have showcased not only their impeccable knowledge of sound craft, but their uniquely diverse scope spanning an abundance of genres and influences. While the album has an abundance of big room Techno productions that the duo are synonymous for as heard in tracks like 'Pina', ’Twelve’ and 'Get In feat. Kevin Knapp', it's also intricately scattered with shimmers of sound spanning from experimental bass and left field to borderline pop and down-tempo. With cuts like 'Sleepless' featuring L.O.U. from Abby and 'Riot' with Berlin based singer Frankie, Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix have exhibited a maturity that few artists can posses or accomplish no matter how arduous the attempt. 'The Other' is not merely another extended EP from a dance music artist, but a grand display of the duo's sophistication, commitment and passion for the music they have so faithfully devoted themselves to.

With countless EP's, remixes and their 'Panorama' album already establishing them as tried and true artists, as well as their collaboration with Susi Sie's visionary visual artwork for this album tour, it's 'The Other' that will truly guarantee Pan-Pot a place in the history books.
